Nizam Siddiq
Mr. Siddiq specializes in developing structures that improve after-tax performance while staying aligned with business and risk objectives. His work spans Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI), foreign tax credit, and Pillar Two planning, as well as private credit structuring and restructurings.
Mr. Siddiq’s work has helped create scalable, tax-aware solutions across complex investment strategies. He has also worked extensively with tax attribute planning in the context of M&A transactions and bankruptcy/restructuring situations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Siddiq was a Senior Vice President with Goldman Sachs Asset Management Group, where he led front-office tax structuring for the firm’s balance sheet and managed funds. He advised on complex global investments, cross-border structures, and investor platforms designed to enhance after-tax returns.
Mr. Siddiq earned an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law and a JD from Hofstra University School of Law. He has been admitted to the New York State Bar.
