Badr Ouabdelmoumen
With more than 10 years of private equity and transformation experience, Mr. Ouabdelmoumen has led complex transformations for portfolio companies and supported leading private equity funds across Europe.
Mr. Ouabdelmoumen’s notable assignments include an interim management role for the European operations of a global car-sharing company, where he led a full turnaround from largely negative EBITDA and liquidity constraints to sustained positive performance, while stabilizing operations and leading the strategic sale process. Notably, he has also led transformation programs alongside portfolio company management teams and private equity sponsors, driving sustainable performance improvement. He has worked with clients across various industries, including healthcare, business services, software, and consumer.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ouabdelmoumen worked at Quilvest Capital Partners in France. He began his career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in New York.
Mr. Ouabdelmoumen earned a bachelor’s degree in business and engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, and a master’s degree in management from ESSEC Business School in France. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
