Mr. Kim has worked across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications, retail, engineering, electric charging infrastructure, industrial goods, heavy industries, energy, and gas. He has advised clients across both upstream and downstream segments, leveraging a deep understanding of complex industry value chains. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kim served as a Partner at Monitor Deloitte for two years. While there, he led growth strategy initiatives across multiple sectors and served as the lead consulting partner for major clients, including LG Corporation, KT&G, and Lotte Group. 

Mr. Kim also spent approximately 18 years in senior management and operational roles at leading Korean companies, including SK Telecom, Hyundai Card, Lotte Department Store, and CJ O Shopping. During this period, he held executive leadership roles overseeing organizations of more than 300 professionals and developed strong expertise in digital transformation initiatives. 

Mr. Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a master’s degree in water resources engineering from Korea University.
