Andrea Groiß is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in Munich. She specializes in tax tool implementation and Transfer Pricing advisory services, in particular (public) Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). 

Ms. Groiß’s primary areas of concentration are coordinating both internal and external development teams, including those specializing in AI components, analyzing automation potential, managing tax tool implementation, and driving continuous improvement. In addition, she provides consulting services in (public) CbCR as part of quality analyses and ongoing implementation projects. 

With more than 20 years of tax tool implementation and tax consulting experience, Ms. Groiß has established, built up, and continuously developed her areas of responsibility along with her team, and she has maintained long-standing, reliable relationships with her clients. 

Ms. Groiß has worked with clients—in most cases, multinational groups with consolidated revenue exceeding €750 million—across various industries. 

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Groiß spent eight years with WTS Germany in Munich in the Transfer Pricing practice, where she most recently served as Director. While there, she was in charge of the CbCR team, which she initially established in 2017, and the Transfer Pricing Compliance Tool team, with which she developed and implemented tools (including those with AI components). Prior to that, Ms. Groiß spent 16 years at Roland Berger in the Finance & Controlling division, where she focused on the implementation of global finance tools and Transfer Pricing. 

Ms. Groiß is a Chartered German Tax Advisor. She is also a certified Austrian, German, and International balance sheet accountant.
