Brendon Skinner
With almost 20 years of professional services experience, including the past 11 years focused primarily on restructuring, Mr. Skinner has played a key role in some of the largest restructuring cases in Indonesia.
Mr. Skinner’s notable assignments include supporting an Indonesian airline during its PKPU (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang), working alongside bank creditors during the restructuring of a state-owned construction company, contributing to the restructuring of a state-owned steel company, and serving as an independent advisor for Indonesia’s largest coal mine. He has also worked with clients across various industries, including banking, oil and gas, plantations, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Skinner spent 14 years with KPMG Indonesia, where he most recently served as Director. In this role, he was responsible for reestablishing and leading the Turnaround and Restructuring team, growing it into a market-leading practice.
Mr. Skinner earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Elon University in the US.
