Irene Alonso Rubio
Ms. Alonso has led and coordinated valuation projects across multiple jurisdictions, advising clients on M&A, independent valuation opinions, multicountry legal and tax reorganizations, financial reporting (including business combinations, fair value analyses, and impairment testing), and the identification and valuation of intangible assets (brands, technologies, customer relationships, licenses, and contractual assets).
Ms. Alonso works with both corporate and private equity clients, supporting large international groups as well as leading investment funds. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including technology, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and professional services.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Alonso benefited from eight years of international Big Four valuation and modeling experience in Paris and Madrid.
Ms. Alonso earned a BBA (concentration in corporate finance) from CUNEF University in Madrid and participated in an MBA in international business as an exchange student at European Business School London. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
