Pranav Lal is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Boston. He has over 11 years of public accounting and consulting experience, specializing in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for software and technology transactions, including technology-enabled services.
Mr. Lal has advised on deals ranging from $20 million to $5 billion in enterprise value, including portfolio company add-ons, cross-border transactions, carve-outs, minority investments, and asset acquisitions.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lal spent eight years with PwC’s Financial Due Diligence practice in Boston, where he most recently served as a Director. Earlier in his career, he spent three years in Deloitte’s Audit practice, focusing on public and private technology companies.
Mr. Lal earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
