Jenny Arrand
Ms. Arrand is a market-leading specialist in transaction structuring to achieve optimal accounting and fiscal outcomes, providing practical solutions for commercial, regulatory, and operational requirements. Ms. Arrand has extensive buy- and sell-side transactional experience across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, energy, renewables, water, real estate, government, public–private partnerships, private equity, and healthcare.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Arrand was with KPMG for over two decades, where she was a Partner for eight years and lead of KPMG Australia’s Accounting Advisory Services. She has supported corporate and government clients with complex off-balance sheet structuring, particularly in the energy and utilities sectors, and she has extensive experience advising the public sector on fiscal implications of major infrastructure projects, such as Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, and Victorian Offshore Wind.
Ms. Arrand earned a master’s degree in natural sciences (astrophysics) from the University of Cambridge. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ).
