IL Lee
Mr. Lee has served multiple private equity and corporate clients both as a buy-side advisor conducting due diligence processes and as a post-acquisition advisor working on value creation plans (blueprinting) and exit strategy development.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lee spent eight years as a Partner at EY-Parthenon Korea in its M&A Strategy group. He led more than 70 commercial due diligence and growth strategy projects across sectors, focusing on technology, electronics, food and beverage, and consumer goods assets.
Prior to EY-Parthenon, Mr. Lee was the founder and CEO of LeWeekend, a premium living goods marketplace.
In addition, Mr. Lee brings more than five years as a Manager at T-Plus Consulting in Korea. He carried out more than 20 management consulting projects for Korean conglomerates, multinational companies, and private equity across diversified topics, including new business entry, mid- to long-term business strategy, and M&A due diligence, among others.
Mr. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance planning from the University of Technology Sydney.
