On March 10, 2026, pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Colombia (the “Receivership Order”), Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed receiver, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 1030931 B.C. Ltd, having civic addresses of 17914 96 Avenue, Surrey, BC and 10198 Grace Road, Surrey, BC.

On April 10, 2026, pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Receivership Order”), Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and property of Manney Transport Ltd and NCG National Container Group Inc. (the “Debtor”), as well as the Debtor’s present and after acquired personal property relating to, used in, on or in connection with, or derived from, the said lands or any part thereof, and all proceeds thereof pursuant to section 39 of the Law and Equity Act, R.S.B.C. 1996 c. 253.
