Introduction
Pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended, and section 39 of the Law and Equity Act, R.S.B.C. 1996 c. 253, Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed receiver, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of the following entities:
- 1030931 B.C. Ltd, having civic addresses of 17914 96 Avenue, Surrey, BC and 10198 Grace Road, Surrey, BC, effective March 10, 2026; and
- Manney Transport Ltd and NCG National Container Group Inc., effective April 10, 2026.
