Mr. Chung brings over 25 years of experience in organizational and human capital consulting. He has led numerous large-scale projects focused on organizational design and HR strategy for Korea’s leading conglomerates. His expertise extends beyond domestic markets, as he has spearheaded the practical design and implementation of HR programs tailored to global operations. 

Mr. Chung has led multiple initiatives aimed at modernizing HR functions, including process reengineering and the integration of advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and strategic impact. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Chung held leadership roles in the HR Consulting practices of top-tier firms such as Mercer Korea and KPMG, where he successfully delivered high-impact solutions to major Korean enterprises. 

Mr. Chung earned a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Korea University.
