On February 4, 2026, RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. and RDFN FUM Natural Products Inc. (the “Companies”), filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and Alvarez and Marsal Canada Inc. (“A&M”) was named as the Proposal Trustee.

On March 2, 2026, the Companies had their proposal proceedings which had been commenced by the Companies under Division I of Part III of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3 taken up and continued under the CCAA by order (the “Initial Order”) granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”), and which Initial Order provides the Companies with certain protection from their creditors.
