With more than 11 years of transaction-related experience, Mr. Lane focuses on providing financial due diligence and other related work across the entire transaction life cycle.

Mr. Lane has participated in more than 150 transactions, with target revenues ranging from $1 million to more than $3 billion. He provides buy-side services focusing on quality of earnings, quality of assets, and working capital requirements, while also considering off-balance sheet exposures and general company operations and finance functions. On the sell side, he specializes in preparing companies for the sale process and developing diligence reports to maximize value at every point in the transaction process.

Mr. Lane has worked with numerous clients across various industries, including manufacturing, aerospace and defense, franchising, business services, construction, professional staffing, consumer products, education, hospitality services, and distribution.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lane spent three years with KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice in Atlanta. During his time at KPMG, he focused on providing financial due diligence and carve-out divestiture services.

Mr. Lane earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Florida State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Georgia.
