Nolly Davé
Ms. Davé brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience, focusing on financial turnarounds, process improvement, and operational stability. Drawing on her work in academic, community, nonprofit, and for-profit health systems, she partners with C-suite executives, physicians, boards of directors, and senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide transformation and financial performance improvement.
Ms. Davé specializes in helping health systems, hospitals, and physician groups understand the changing healthcare environment while preserving patient safety, fiscal health, innovation, and growth.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Davé served as Co-Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an interim basis at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC. Before that, she was the CFO at Cedars-Sinai Marina Hospital in Marina del Rey, California. She started her career in healthcare at West Middlesex University Hospital in London before moving to Canada and then the US.
Ms. Davé earned a bachelor’s degree in education, French language/literature, and fine art history from the University of Toronto Scarborough and a master’s degree in business administration, healthcare finance from Roseman University of Health Sciences. She is fluent in French.
