Mr. Navalekar specializes in strategic transformation and operational turnaround for communications, media, and technology clients. His core areas of focus include business creation and scaling, profit and loss management, M&A strategy, and convergence-led growth initiatives.

With more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, Mr. Navalekar has successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver sustained results across Europe, the Middle East, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. He brings a unique blend of executive leadership and consulting expertise, having held senior roles in both corporate and advisory environments.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Navalekar led XL Axiata’s entry into the fiber broadband market in Indonesia, building the country’s second-largest fixed broadband business from inception. He also spearheaded the company’s convergence strategy, integrating mobile, fixed, and content services. As Chief Commercial Officer and member of the board, he led the Home & Convergence business and the M&A and corporate actions for eight years, while overseeing the Enterprise business for two years.

Previously, Mr. Navalekar was a Partner with Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) in the Middle East, where he led the Telecommunications practice across Southeast Asia. During his decade-long tenure, he advised clients on mobile license auctions, go-to-market strategies, and M&A transactions across emerging markets.

Mr. Navalekar earned an MBA from Warwick Business School at the University of Warwick in the UK. He is a regular speaker at industry forums and has contributed to thought leadership on telecom strategy and digital transformation.
