Christian Matthaeus
Mr. Matthaeus provides strategic planning, crisis management, cash and financial forecasting, turnaround consulting, and operational improvement services to clients in and out of court. He develops detailed cash-flow and operating models, liquidation analyses, operational improvement analyses, and refinancing and business plan projections in preparation for restructurings and changes of control.
Mr. Matthaeus’ notable engagements include Prospect Medical Holdings, Enviva Biomass, Envision Healthcare, and 21st Century Oncology.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Matthaeus was a Director of FP&A at New York Downtown Hospital. Previously, he was a Vice President at AlixPartners.
Mr. Matthaeus earned a bachelor’s degree from Pomona College, California, and an MBA (concentration in finance) from Columbia Business School. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
