Mr. Mishra brings 11 years of rich experience across strategy and private equity and M&A consulting. His focus areas include commercial and operational due diligence, commercial excellence and growth strategy, and go-to-market solutions.

Mr. Mishra has worked in more than 100 strategy and diligence assignments across consumer products, consumer tech, and home improvement. Over the past 11 years at A&M, he has helped build the leading Private Equity Consulting practice in A&M’s Consumer and Retail Group in India. His experience spans across many sub-sectors, with packaged foods and beverages, food service, home improvement, and consumer-tech businesses being his core areas of strength. During the past decade, he has worked with and earned the trust of marquee private equity clients and select large corporates in India and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mishra was a Production Manager with the Commercial Vehicles division of Tata Motors Ltd. for two years. He was responsible for process control, production, and people management for the machining line in the Gear Box division. He was also part of key process implementation teams entrusted with driving quality improvement.

Mr. Mishra earned an MBA as a rank holder (top 5% of class) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He was among only 26 students selected for CEMS Global Alliance in Management Education’s master’s degree in international management, spending a term at the Stockholm School of Economics.
