Kathleen Pfahlert
Since transitioning to operations, Ms. Pfahlert has driven initiatives that improved financial visibility and forecasting, streamlined resource allocation, and strengthened operational processes. Her leadership played a key role in driving significant growth in practice collections, supporting the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.
Ms. Pfahlert’s foundation in tax and advisory services includes her tenure as a Director with A&M Tax, where she specialized in multistate tax matters and advised clients on transaction advisory services, state and local income and non-income tax strategy, and the tax implications of restructuring.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Pfahlert spent two years with EY working in the state and local transaction tax division, leading clients through complex audit defense projects and strategic tax planning related to corporate transactions.
Ms. Pfahlert earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and a JD from Florida International University, as well as an LLM in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar.
