Shivesh Tyagi
With more than 17 years of experience, Mr. Tyagi has advised clients across 18 countries and five continents on complex, multibillion-dollar transactions and strategic investment planning. His work spans the full energy-transition landscape, including renewables (solar, wind, hydro, biomass), green hydrogen and ammonia, carbon capture and storage, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Mr. Tyagi also brings extensive expertise in large-scale infrastructure development across power, liquefied natural gas (LNG), transmission and distribution, data centers, roads, telecoms, aviation, and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) adoption strategies. His experience includes both buy- and sell-side M&A advisory, supporting sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, developers, and government agencies on high-impact global investments and strategic programs.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Tyagi spent three years as the Head of the Singapore Office and Head of Energy Transition Strategy and Transaction Services for Southeast Asia at AFRY. In this role, he was responsible for building and developing the service line for AFRY in the region. He also managed the profit and loss statement for the Singapore office and developed cross-border teams to drive business growth in new service lines.
Mr. Tyagi earned a master’s degree in renewable energy systems engineering from the University of Surrey, UK, and an MBA in strategy and finance (sustainability) from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales.
