Widely recognized as a trusted advisor to C-suite and functional leaders, he specializes in organization effectiveness and HR transformation, focusing on maximizing human capital ROI in the AI and agentic era.
Mr. Srikakolapu’s core areas of expertise include operating model design, organization structure implementation, strategic workforce planning, talent upskilling, and business readiness for technology transformations. With 15+ years of experience, he has delivered strategic advisory services and spearheaded multimillion-dollar projects across the energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and financial sectors in India, EMEA, and North America.
Mr. Srikakolapu’s career highlights include: resolving legacy structures and operational inefficiencies to drive cost takeout programs for large and medium enterprises; designing and implementing customer-centric and technology-enabled operating models for US utilities; streamlining structures and leading workforce planning for M&A and transformation programs; delivering skill and capability strategies for high-growth organizations; and creating future-ready role architectures and talent strategies to enable business model transformation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Srikakolapu spent over 10 years with EY in Atlanta and Dubai, most recently as Director, People Consulting. At EY, he specialized in organization and workforce transformation during transactions and transformations, HR digitization, and large-scale technology implementations. Notably, he led the activation of EY’s AI-powered workforce intelligence platform in the Americas. Previously, he worked with Tata Strategic Management Group in India.
Mr. Srikakolapu earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and an MBA in HR from Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur. He is a Prosci Change Management practitioner and People Analytics Lead with the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) and maintains active memberships in professional organizations. He is also the founder of a youth media startup which was later acquired.
