Ms. Zhang specializes in financial management consulting. Her key areas of concentration include global governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), AI in finance, cost reduction, and finance transformation. With over 20 years of professional finance experience, Ms. Zhang has served leading enterprises across diverse industries, including chemicals, medical technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial products.

Before joining A&M, Ms. Zhang spent 15 years with PwC Consulting in Shanghai and Beijing, most recently as a Partner. She also served as the Global Relationship Partner for a key Fortune 50 client and as the Finance Controller for an Asia–Pacific business with approximately $800 million in revenue, where she played a critical role in steering the company from loss to profitability.

Ms. Zhang’s previous notable assignments include: leading finance transformation and designing a global financial shared services center for a renowned state-owned energy enterprise; driving enterprise performance improvement for a major construction company; implementing integrated forecasting cycles and profit and loss governance across demand, supply, and compliance functions for a globally recognized pharmaceutical company; and delivering pricing innovation and strategic roadmaps through cross-functional market analysis for a Fortune 500 fast-moving consumer goods company in the Asia–Pacific region.

Ms. Zhang earned a bachelor’s degree in international accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a certified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
