Mr. Kong specializes in finance transformation consulting. His primary areas of concentration are financial operation improvement, planning/budgeting and management reporting, treasury and cash management, and financial system implementation. Mr. Kong brings more than 30 years of experience, including extensive consulting experience with both multinational corporations and China’s domestic clients, focusing on the Greater China region. He has worked with clients across various industries, including automotive, financial services, consumer goods, and oil and gas.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kong spent 27 years with PwC Consulting in Shanghai, where he held various leadership roles and served as lead partner in finance transformation consulting for over 10 years.

Mr. Kong earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
