Lewis Tse
Mr. Tse specializes in valuing structured products, with deep expertise across collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), public and private asset-based finance (ABF) structures, net asset value (NAV) loans, collateralized fund obligations, Rated Note Feeders, and consumer loan portfolios.
With more than 15 years of experience in financial advisory and valuation, Mr. Tse provides strategic advisory services that help clients achieve a range of business and investment objectives. He has extensive knowledge of both public and private ABF markets and works closely with CLO managers, credit funds, alternative asset managers, insurance companies, private equity sponsors, and fixed-income investors. His collaborative and analytical approach allows him to deliver tailored insights aligned with each client’s goals.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Tse was a Director at Lincoln International, where he co-led the Asset-Backed Finance group. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on structured products, and at Red Pine Advisors.
Mr. Tse earned a BBA in finance and investments from Baruch College, New York.
