Managing Director Rich Behrens has been selected as an honoree for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 2025 “40 Under 40” Award in recognition of his community leadership and outstanding professional achievements in financial advisory and liquidity management. Award recipients will be honored at the ABI’s 2025 Winter Leadership Conference on December 5 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass in Tucson, Arizona.

The ABI “40 Under 40” program recognizes professionals who demonstrate exceptional ability, leadership, and achievement within the bankruptcy and insolvency community.
