Her primary area of concentration is the M&A lifecycle, including strategic planning, organization design, workforce management/labor relations, talent retention, selection and transition, culture, change management, and communications.

With 20+ years of HR experience, Ms. Le Tourneur has developed deep expertise in driving tangible results, overcoming barriers to successful change, and implementing optimal operating models and organizational structures. She has helped clients achieve sustainable growth through revenue generation and operational efficiencies, often working directly with CEOs and chief HR officers (CHROs) to lead complex global transactions and make critical business decisions. She has worked with clients across various industries, including technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) and retail.

Ms. Le Tourneur’s notable assignments include serving as the HR/People Lead for a large, global spin-off in the TMT sector, where she led HR operations for the separation of approximately 35,000 employees. This included managing workforce culture, change, and communications, as well as overseeing the HR functional separation. She also acted as the HR/People Operations Lead for a large global divestiture transaction with a significant European footprint and served as Chief People and Organizational Officer for a large transaction involving the transition of 13,000 employees and more than 3,000 retail stations. In the latter role, she led the HR team through workforce design and headcount-related synergies and served as interim CHRO.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Le Tourneur spent several years in leadership roles in consulting and served as interim CHRO during a major organizational transition. Her responsibilities have included managing innovative organization design tools, developing workforce strategies, and leading change management initiatives.

Ms. Le Tourneur earned a bachelor’s degree in typography and graphic communication from the University of Reading. She served on the board of directors for the National Stroke Association and as a Board Director for the Southern California Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She also co-authored the book M&A Information Technology Best Practices.
