Mr. Penna has more than 25 years of consulting experience advising clients across a range of industries, with a focus on financial services. He brings deep expertise in strategy and operating model design, value creation and transformation programs, M&A and post-merger integration, operational improvement, and commercial excellence programs.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Penna spent over two decades with Bain & Company, where he served as a Senior Partner, led the Financial Services practice for Southern and Eastern Europe, and acted as EMEA Regional Solution Leader for Full Potential Transformation. At Bain, he advised leading financial institutions, private equity firms, corporates, and family businesses. Earlier in his career, Mr. Penna developed cross-industry experience in corporate turnaround and financial restructuring.

Mr. Penna earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bocconi University in Milan and completed executive education programs at the Norwegian School of Economics. An Italian national, he is fluent in English.
