Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bisht was instrumental in conceptualizing and driving digital assets’ products and strategies at major financial institutions. He was an early member of BNY’s Digital Assets unit, where he led initiatives in crypto, tokenization, and digital payments for six years. Prior to that, he contributed to cross-border payment innovation at J.P. Morgan.

Beyond digital assets, Mr. Bisht has extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. He spearheaded strategy, consulting, and transformation engagements at Cognizant, advising global banks on investment banking and wealth management. At UBS, he was a key member of a data insights group and led transformation initiatives for wealth management business units. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bisht worked as an equity analyst and a macro analyst at various institutional brokerage and banking firms in Mumbai, India.

Mr. Bisht earned a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and an MBA from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad.
