Chandler Boynton

Mr. Boynton provides operational and financial performance improvement services to health plans and managed care organizations. He has advised executive leaders and boards of directors on medical and administrative cost improvements, assisted distressed organizations in financial and operational restructuring, and worked with private equity sponsors to due diligence potential investments.
Notably at A&M, Mr. Boynton has built and implemented operational and financial turnaround plans, driving $500+ million in bottom line improvements for industry-leading health insurers through medical and administrative cost initiatives and technological improvements. He has assisted financially distressed health plans in recapitalization, including working with finance teams and state departments of insurance to maintain solvency and improve operations. Mr. Boynton has led or been an integral part of more than ten potential acquisitions, completing operational and financial due diligence on health insurers, pharmacy benefits managers, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Boynton was at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he worked with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to test alternative-payment models and supported program management for health insurers operating on state and federal exchanges. Previously, he worked for Aetna and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Mr. Boynton earned a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University. He serves on the board of trustees for Killington Mountain School and on the Grants Committee for World Cup Dreams Foundation.
