Mr. Joshi specializes in sourcing, managing, and executing transactions and executing performance improvement initiatives for a profitable exit. His primary areas of concentration are commercial and operations due diligence, operations diagnostics, commercial excellence, and G&A optimization.

With a career spanning 16+ years across the transactions space, Mr. Joshi has delivered 200+ commercial and operational due diligences and has advised private equity funds and corporate houses on buy-side and sell-side transactions in India, the US, and Europe. In addition, he has led change management within commercial, procurement, and administrative functions. His experience encompasses multiple sectors, including manufacturing, business services, oil and gas, food ingredients, and agriculture.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Joshi held a leadership role in EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice for over five years. He was responsible for setting up and growing the Turnaround and Restructuring services group, as well as supporting global accounts in delivering products and services. Before that, he spent more than a decade with GenNx360 Capital Partners India, where he was involved in reviewing investments, monitoring portfolios, and supporting the execution of value creation projects globally.

Mr. Joshi earned an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.
