With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Spence has spent the majority of her career in the professional services industry, focusing on recruiting, marketing, and business development activities.

Ms. Spence leads and coordinates the recruiting process for new managing directors and experienced professionals, working closely with leadership to develop a recruiting strategy and understand hiring needs and head count.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Spence served as Marketing Manager at Porter Hedges LLP in Houston and as Legal Recruiting Manager at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, DC. Previously, she also worked with the Business Risk Consulting practice of Marsh USA in Washington, DC.

Ms. Spence earned a BBA from the University of Richmond, Virginia. She serves on the board of Star of Hope and is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, Inc.
