On July 23, 2025, pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the
“Receivership Order”), Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security, of the real property and all of the assets, undertakings and property of Mortise (Scott Road Residential) Holdings Ltd., Mortise (Scott Road Office) Holdings Ltd., and Mortise (Scott Road Commercial) Holdings Ltd., and 1048799 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor.
