At A&M, Mr. Modena leads strategic advisory and transformation mandates across hospitality, health and wellness, and destination real estate, supporting clients through complex investment decisions and execution.

Mr. Modena brings broad strategic expertise across destination development, investment planning, and large-scale program delivery. He has worked closely with leading Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) sovereign entities and “giga-project” developers, advising on investment prioritization, asset portfolio planning, and long-term value creation across hospitality and urban real estate. His experience includes guiding high-stakes initiatives and aligning diverse public–private stakeholders to unlock sustained economic value.

Mr. Modena began his career in frontline hospitality operations with globally recognized brands, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotels & Resorts in Asia and leading Swiss hotels, providing him with a strong foundation in service delivery and operational excellence. This hands-on experience underpins his strategic advisory work, including leadership roles at PwC’s Global Center of Excellence.

Mr. Modena earned a master’s degree in real estate development (Valedictorian) from IE Business School in Madrid and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation.
