Ashutosh Pathak

With more than 12 years of experience in management consulting, Mr. Pathak has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms on multibillion-dollar deals, supporting pre-deal diligence, post-merger integration, and carve-out planning. He specializes in transaction-driven digital transformation, helping clients design and implement fit-for-purpose IT and digital landscapes as part of transaction execution or broader enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
Mr. Pathak’s notable assignments include leading spin-off planning for a U.S.-based conglomerate, post-merger integration planning for a global IT services transaction, and pre-deal diligence and integration planning for major pharmaceutical and media mergers in India. He has led numerous operational and technology due diligence engagements for leading global private equity firms. His industry experience spans technology, media, and telecommunications, IT services, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Pathak was a Principal with Accenture’s Transaction Advisory practice, where he led numerous technology, digital, and AI due diligence efforts, as well as post-merger integration programs for leading corporate and private equity clients across the Asia–Pacific region. Previously, he spent three years with the PwC Advisory practice in the U.S., where he was part of the Deals Strategy and Delivery Deal Value team. As part of this team, Mr. Pathak led strategy, diligence, and integration and separation planning for large-scale global transactions.
Mr. Pathak earned a bachelor’s degree in IT from Amity University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore).
