Martin Rinck

With over 35 years of global leadership experience in strategy, operations, business development, and brand management, Mr. Rinck is a seasoned C-suite Hospitality Executive. He has held senior executive positions at some of the world’s largest hospitality companies, bringing extensive expertise in business, talent, and stakeholder management.
Mr. Rinck is a growth expert with a particular focus on luxury hospitality in the Asia–Pacific region, especially China and India. Having successfully led organizations through two initial public offerings, he has frequently engaged with and presented to boards of family-owned, privately held (including private equity), and publicly listed companies.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rinck served as Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw a portfolio of 18 global brands across 6,500+ hotels. His leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic included developing industry-leading innovations that positioned Hilton for strong post-pandemic recovery. As President of Hilton in Asia–Pacific, he grew its portfolio from 90 to over 600 hotels, driving top-line revenue by more than $2 billion.
Mr. Rinck’s hospitality experience also includes previous positions with the Radisson Hotel Group, Mövenpick Gastronomy International, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and InterContinental Hotels Group. Notably, Mr. Rinck launched his own advisory business, Cervo Advisory, to partner with board-level executives, CEOs, and leadership teams on strengthening key business strategies and uncovering unique growth opportunities.
Mr. Rinck earned an MBA from Brunel University in London. He is a Member of the Board of Directors for Small Luxury Hotels of the World, a Member of the International Advisory Board for the EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Board Member of the Swiss Chapter of the international NGO Room to Read.
