Mr. Bor brings over 20 years of experience in various corporate finance roles. With a significant track record in transactional advisory, restructuring, and post-merger integration, he specializes in performance improvement and finance transformation in banking, wealth management, and insurance. In addition to industry knowledge and product expertise, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset, as demonstrated by successfully growing and divesting a family business.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bor spent over three years with Vontobel, where he designed and implemented a comprehensive performance management framework, enhanced strategic planning, and introduced a shareholder perspective and value-creation mindset into the performance cycle. 

Before that, Mr. Bor worked for 10 years as a Senior Officer at Zurich Insurance Group, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, bancassurance, strategy and business development, and finance transformation. Additionally, he held senior roles for four years at a corporate finance boutique specializing in restructurings, privatizations, and turnaround strategies.

Mr. Bor earned a master’s degree in capital markets and finance and completed a leadership program at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne. He has also earned Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst professional designations. He is fluent in English, German, and Polish.
