Introduction

On February 13, 2025, pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Receivership Order”), Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of the lands and premises with the following legal description: Strata Lots 1-72, District Lot 526, Strata Plan VR 855 located in Vancouver, B.C. of Landmark Shawn Oaks Development Ltd. and Shawn Oaks Holdings Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtor”), as well as the Debtor’s present and after acquired personal property relating to, used in, on or in connection with, or derived from, the said lands or any part thereof, and all proceeds thereof pursuant to section 39 of the Law and Equity Act, R.S.B.C. 1996 c. 253.
