Patrick Klein is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Transactions Group in New York. He leads buy- and sell-side financial and integrated due diligence services, including complex multibillion-dollar carve-out divestitures and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Klein’s focus includes developing a strong understanding of key drivers of a transaction target’s financial performance and position to identify and assess key deal issues and risks, quantification of items directly impacting transaction valuation (e.g., understanding normalized EBITDA, adequacy of working capital levels, debt, and debt-like items), purchase agreement reviews and support, and carve-out transaction implications.

With more than 17 years of experience, Mr. Klein has led numerous transactions as a trusted advisor to corporate clients across various industries, including consumer products, industrials, chemicals, and business services. He has worked with clients and global teams across the US, the UK, and Europe.
