Paul Joseph is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Financial Market Infrastructure and Payments practice in London. He specializes in process optimisation reviews, improvement and large-scale transformation programs. Mr. Joseph’s primary areas of concentration are payments and related transformation and regulation, treasury services, cash and liquidity management, associated regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and customer due diligence.
With more than 38 years of relevant experience across leading Tier-1 banks and fintech organisations, Mr. Joseph has successfully assisted new financial market infrastructure firms, banks, non-bank financial institutions as well as large corporates in their search for cost savings, growth, efficiency, success and future-proof transformation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Joseph served as an Executive Director within Davies Consulting. Previously, he spent four years with Encompass Corporation, bringing KYC automation through data optimisation to T1 banks across the UK, EMEA and North America. Prior to this, he spent 30+ years within transaction services divisions at T1 banks such as RBC, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank.
