Mehdi Tahri

Mr. Tahri’s primary areas of concentration include operational due diligence and the design and implementation of value creation plans. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including e-commerce, retail, software, manufacturing and professional services.
Most recently, Mr. Tahri has been involved in leading the operational due diligence of a 100+ million EBITDA kitchen appliances manufacturer for a leading private equity firm. Notably, he drove the detailed analysis of company performance, salesforce effectiveness, G&A efficiency, manufacturing scalability and tech maturity, and shaped a VCP aiming at accelerating profitable growth.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Tahri spent five years as co-founder and Managing Director of iziwork, an HR technology company. In five years, iziwork became the leading digital temporary staffing platform in France and Italy, reaching a revenue of €300+ million.
Previously, Mr. Tahri worked at Amazon, where he served as Lead Program Manager. He designed and implemented a Europe-wide transformation of Amazon’s retail entities, covering process automation, organizational reengineering, offshoring and OPEX reduction. Before that, he managed several categories of products in France as a Head of Vendor Management (€280 million P&L). Earlier, Mr. Tahri spent four years with McKinsey & Company as a project manager, working on 15 client engagements in various industries and functional areas, including strategy, marketing and sales, organization, corporate finance and digital transformation.
Mr. Tahri earned a master’s degree in finance from EDHEC Business School and an MBA from INSEAD. A French national, he is fluent in English and French.
