Hardeep Sandhu
As part of A&M’s Portfolio Advisory Group, Mr. Sandhu leads the firm’s private equity liquidity solutions (PELS) offering. He brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, specializing in private markets liquidity, portfolio transactions, and structured secondary solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In his current role, Mr. Sandhu is responsible for building and leading A&M’s PELS platform, advising private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and other market participants on general partner-led transactions, continuation vehicles, and other bespoke liquidity solutions across asset classes.
Alongside his PELS leadership, Mr. Sandhu continues to advise on credit portfolio advisory and secondary transactions, spanning performing, sub-performing, and nonperforming assets. His experience covers a wide range of asset classes, including commercial and residential real estate, asset finance, infrastructure, renewables, small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate, aviation, shipping, and consumer exposures.
Over his career, Mr. Sandhu has advised on more than €120 billion in portfolio and secondary transactions, partnering with banks, private equity firms, and alternative asset managers across EMEA. He also has prior experience in real estate investment banking in the UK.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sandhu was Assistant Director in a Big Four accountancy firm specializing in portfolio advisory. Previously, he worked in a UK-focused investment bank, providing advice on equity and M&A transactions to listed clients within the UK’s building, construction, and real estate sectors.
Mr. Sandhu earned a bachelor’s degree (first class) in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder, a Chartered Accountant (CA), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
