Global Pride Month Celebrations
To celebrate Pride Month, our global offices have engaged in various initiatives to honor our LGBT+ community, raise awareness of LGBT+ history, and promote inclusivity. A&M colleagues joined Pride Parades across the US, Europe, Brazil, and India and celebrated locally through networking events and giving-back initiatives. Our employee resource groups also organized workshops and training sessions to educate A&M employees on LGBT+ issues and foster workplace inclusion.

A&MOne offers professionals within the LGBTQ+ community, and any friends and supporters, an opportunity to network and participate in open discussion forums and formal mentoring programs.
I A&M Me aims to celebrate diversity and uplift our LGBTQ+ colleagues, provide a forum to meet and network and foster a more inclusive workplace. Everyone is welcome, be it as a member or an ally!
Pride and Allies is a working group that aims to increase visibility and create awareness around different sexual orientation, gender identities and expressions. This group also engages in having conversations around building psychological safety for our talent and nurtures inclusion.
