Silvano Silvestri

Mr. Silvestri has deep international experience in major financial services groups in Europe and has served in various leadership positions as CFO, in strategy and corporate development and risk management and on banks’ supervisory and management boards. He has managed transformation and optimization projects, the performance and financial steering of banks, the definition of strategic plans and initiatives, and M&A deals analysis and implementation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Silvestri worked for Citigroup in its European Treasury and Risk management group and with UniCredit, where he held executive roles across various geographical and cultural environments, including leading the CFO function of the Central Eastern Europe Division, holding the CFO role of UniCredit Bank Hungary, corporate development in Turkey and positions on various supervisory boards.
Mr. Silvestri earned a master’s degree in economics and business (full marks) from the University of Trieste and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan and the Private Markets Investments Program of the University of Oxford. He also earned the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF). An Italian national, Mr. Silvestri is fluent in Italian and English.
