Ann Gibbons

With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry and client management, Ms. Gibbons is focused on strategic business development, designing and implementing revenue strategies and creating new products and services. She develops solutions for banking and capital markets clients focused on transformation strategies, specializing in operational and financial restructuring, deals, asset liability management, liquidity and credit risk solutions.
Ms. Gibbons has a proven track record of driving revenue and managing corporate business relationships by creating value for clients.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Gibbons was a Managing Director at Evolve Mortgage Services LLC, where she successfully created the company’s revenue strategy within the capital markets sector. Before that, she was the co-founder and head of business development at New Diligence Advisors, a national third-party review firm. She co-authored the business plan that secured financing from the parent firm, Selene Holdings, which was later sold to Pretium Partners.
Previously, Ms. Gibbons was with Clayton Holdings, where she built and managed some of the firm’s largest client relationships that included investment banks, mortgage originators and servicers, as well as private equity investors with client revenues totaling $35+ million annually. Her extensive sales efforts crossed multiple business lines, channels and company subsidiaries. She excelled at positioning products in new markets that led to the diversification of the client base and contributed to the top line growth of the company. Earlier, Ms. Gibbons served as CFO and COO at The Murrayhill Company (sold to Clayton Holdings), where she was a key contributor to the company’s strategic direction and growth.
Ms. Gibbons earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA from The Daniels College of Business, University of Denver. She has been a speaker at numerous financial industry conferences.
