Bruce Holley is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Financial Services Industry practice in New York. He brings more than 30 years of consulting experience across wealth and asset management, retail banking, insurance, fintech, and artificial intelligence. 

Mr. Holley has also worked with clients in insurance, pharma, high tech, and industrial goods. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Holley spent five years at Accenture. He was a Senior Managing Director and ran P/Ls from $350 million to $1.2 billion. Mr. Holley ran customer sales and service for financial services across North America. His group drove revenue growth by leveraging deep customer insight, data-driven analytics and technology. He also ran AI for financial services in North America. The group’s product offering included zero ops (AI-driven cost reduction), revenue growth and marketing, data organization and strategy, and risk and compliance. Mr. Holley was also Product Lead for revenue growth and marketing, using first- and third-party data to drive new client acquisition, cross-sell, retention, referrals and pricing. 

Previously, Mr. Holley worked for 25 years at the Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Partner and Managing Director. He helped launch their Global Wealth and Asset Management Practice and ran North America, focusing on front- and middle-office productivity including, revenue growth, cost reduction/takeout, sales force organization, service support, compensation, success metrics, recruiting, customer insight and growth strategy. Mr. Holley worked on business build and transformation, including business plan creation, implementation planning, and served in interim C-suite roles. Prior to this, Mr. Holley worked at JP Morgan as a Vice President in banking, capital markets and M&A.

Mr. Holley earned a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and an MBA from Harvard University. He serves on the board of New York Community Trust, a non-profit focused on New York State with assets of ~$3.5 billion and annual giving between $200 million to $250 million.
