Ms. del Arco works with executives worldwide to understand their financial institutions’ competitive environment, goals and business needs, key metrics and technical capabilities, delivering data-based actionable insights based on best international practices. She manages end-to-end projects that span multiple business units within the bank. Ms. del Arco has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail and business banking, credit card issuing and acquiring, consumer and auto finance.

Ms. del Arco has served 20 clients in nine geographies (Brazil, Honduras, Philippines, Spain, France, Russia, Italy, Hungary and Ireland). Most recently, she advised Spanish international banking groups such as Santander, BBVA and Bankinter.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. del Arco spent three years with EY’s Financial Services Consulting practice, serving most recently as Senior Manager. There, she advised executives in revenue improvement engagements in leading European financial institutions. 

Previously, she spent seven years with Fiserv as a member of a country-focused team of banking specialists in Brazil. Her notable engagements include the design of a new prepaid card; roll-out of a new rewards program; launch of an insurance marketplace; strategic partnership between a financial institution and a technology company to provide digital financial services; price-elasticity modeling; and helping financial institutions navigate regulatory changes.

Ms. del Arco earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Oviedo and a master's degree in economics and finance from CEMFI, Madrid. A Spanish national, she is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
