Gayla Langlois is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Insight Center in Boston.

With more than 20 years in the consulting field, Ms. Langlois focuses on client service to drive value for the firm. She is responsible for managing A&M’s ~$10 million portfolio of data and content vendors, ensuring that the firm's consultants have access to the 225+ subscriptions they need for client projects and business development initiatives. 

Previously, Ms. Langlois was on the research side of the Insight Center, leading a research team and project managing complex research requests across the firm. She transitioned to the Insight Center from A&M’s Disputes & Investigations group where, for several years, she focused on analyzing damages related to intellectual property infringement matters, assessing license and contract compliance and valuing intellectual property. 

Ms. Langlois brings experience across numerous industries, including retail, food service, manufacturing, semiconductor, financial services, automotive, life sciences, telecommunications, healthcare, hospitality, medical supplies and devices and technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Langlois was an intellectual property attorney in Cambridge, MA, focused on patent, trademark and copyright applications, office actions and infringement matters. She also spent four years in the Dispute Analysis & Investigations group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, calculating damages for breach of contracts and patent and trademark infringement lawsuits, as well as conducting local and national forensic investigations.

Ms. Langlois earned a BBA (concentration in finance) from Babson College in Wellesley, MA, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
