Gordon Lung is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Oakville.

With more than 15 years of consulting and management experience, Mr. Lung specializes in the coordination and execution of capital projects, concentrating on capital planning and strategy, project advisory, project management, coordination, project controls, contract administration, procurement, and change management. He has worked with clients in various industries, including mining, energy and utilities, and infrastructure.

At A&M, Mr. Lung has played pivotal roles, notably as the Project Services Manager, responsible for all project controls and supply chain functions for mine development projects in the Americas valued at $200 million to $2 billion. His international experience also includes capital planning and management for a Tier 1 gold producer’s African operations.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lung was Vice President of a high-performing boutique project management and consulting firm based in Toronto, where he shaped business strategy, administration, and operations.

Mr. Lung earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and management from McMaster University, Ontario. He is an active member of the Project Advisory Committee at Seneca Polytechnic.
