Andrei Banetskii

Mr. Banetskii’s notable engagements include accelerating a $.5 billion underground mine construction project by three years, yielding a 134% NPV increase; establishing a performance enhancement initiative at a copper-zinc processing plant, achieving a 10% throughput enhancement and 2% recovery improvement; and developing, testing, and implementing an operational planning system for a cluster of six underground nickel-copper mines, optimizing ore blending and equipment distribution, leading to 20+ percent compliance improvement and 12% production growth.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Banetskii spent eight years with Partners in Performance, serving most recently as Associate Partner. He executed 20+ business transformation, improvement, and construction productivity projects, mainly in the mining industry. These endeavors led to a collective EBITDA increase of $100+ million, an NPV improvement exceeding $450 million, and an annual productivity increase of 1.2 million tonnes across Australia, the Middle East, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Africa.
Mr. Banetskii earned bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics from Moscow State University. A Russian national, he is proficient in English and Russian.
