    ACE Talent & Recruitment

    Summer Analyst Experience

The Summer Analyst program is 8-10 weeks and runs from early June to mid-August each year. The goal of the Summer Analyst program is to provide students with exposure to gold standard consulting practices, meaningful client work, and qualified mentors to determine if consulting is the career path you want to pursue, and whether you are a great fit to return to A&M as a full-time analyst. Summer Analysts onboard together in a hub city and then return to their home cities for their summer assignments. Throughout the summer, our SAs are staffed on real client engagements, tackle meaningful internal projects, and receive enriching training opportunities, including a Data Analytics and Business Modeling course and project. The program is designed for undergraduate students who have completed at least two years of coursework and have 1- 2 years of college remaining. It is ideal to participate in the Summer Analyst program the summer before your senior year.

    Full-time Analysts

Individuals who will be graduating in the upcoming year (fall/spring) are eligible to apply. While open to all majors, ideal candidates possess coursework or degrees in the following areas: accounting, economics, engineering, finance, marketing, management information systems (MIS), supply chain, statistics/math, or HR.

    CAMPUS RECRUITING

We actively recruit for our summer analyst and full-time roles year-round, with the primary recruiting season occurring during the fall semester. Our process begins with an online application where you can preference your location of choice within one of our hub cities. From there, a campus recruiter will contact you regarding next steps.
