With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. Gaspar brings extensive transformation, program management and cost reduction expertise across the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific. He has served clients across a range of industries, including consumer goods, healthcare, hospitality, commercial real estate, telecommunications, oil and gas, commodity trading, media and entertainment and manufacturing and distribution.
Mr. Gaspar has designed, implemented and led cost reduction and revenue enhancement programs, including a four-month transformation program for a €20 billion revenue global beverage company across eight countries in APAC; a seven-month transformation program for an $8 billion revenue global commercial real estate services company across 11 countries in APAC; and a five-month transformation program for a €4 billion revenue global hotel operator in Australia, Southeast Asia, China and North Asia.
Additionally, Mr. Gaspar’s relevant experience includes serving as Head of HR, managing a headcount of 1200 across 13 countries in Asia and Europe of a $1.6 billion revenue global cruise operator. He has also served as Program Director for various cost reduction programs and led numerous operational and commercial due diligence initiatives for companies and providers globally.
Mr. Gaspar earned a bachelor’s degree in finance (cum laude) from De La Salle University in the Philippines, a master’s degree in blockchain technologies from the University of Barcelona and is an MBA candidate at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. He is also the country representative of Global Blockchain Initiative in the Philippines. A Spanish/Filipino national, Mr. Gaspar is fluent in English and Filipino and conversational in Spanish.
